He married Laura V. Kelley October 24, 1874 in Berkeley County, WV. Laura was born September 6, 1848. Laura died March 29, 1917 at age 68. Her body was interred March 1917 in Martinsburg, WV, Green Hill Cemetery. When Laura was age 27 and John Tabb Snodgrass was age 27 they became the parents of Anne Bell Snodgrass November 29, 1875. When Laura was age 28 and John Tabb Snodgrass was age 28 they became the parents of William T. Snodgrass January 27, 1877. When Laura was age 30 and John Tabb Snodgrass was age 30 they became the parents of Elisha Kelly Snodgrass December 25, 1878 in Martinsburg, Berkeley County, WV. When Laura was age 31 and John Tabb Snodgrass was age 31 they became the parents of John Tabb Snodgrass July 19, 1880.

When John was age 27 and Laura V. Kelley was age 27 they became the parents of Anne Bell Snodgrass November 29, 1875. When John was age 28 and Laura V. Kelley was age 28 they became the parents of William T. Snodgrass January 27, 1877. When John was age 30 and Laura V. Kelley was age 30 they became the parents of Elisha Kelly Snodgrass December 25, 1878 in Martinsburg, Berkeley County, WV. When John was age 31 and Laura V. Kelley was age 31 they became the parents of John Tabb Snodgrass July 19, 1880.
