He married Elizabeth "Betsy" Davis 1809 in Shendagen, NY. Elizabeth was born December 16, 1788 in Shendagen, NY. Elizabeth was the daughter of Peter Davis and Theodosea Ferris. Elizabeth died August 7, 1828 in Ulster Co., NY, at age 39. When Elizabeth was age unknown and Quartus Hubbard was age unknown they became the parents of Emily Hubbard date unknown. When Elizabeth was age 25 and Quartus Hubbard was age 26 they became the parents of Joseph Hubbard August 4, 1814 in Marble Town, NY. When Elizabeth was age 28 and Quartus Hubbard was age 28 they became the parents of Giles Hubbard January 26, 1817 in Marbletown, Ulster Co., NY.

When Quartus was age unknown and Elizabeth "Betsy" Davis was age unknown they became the parents of Emily Hubbard date unknown. When Quartus was age 26 and Elizabeth "Betsy" Davis was age 25 they became the parents of Joseph Hubbard August 4, 1814 in Marble Town, NY. When Quartus was age 28 and Elizabeth "Betsy" Davis was age 28 they became the parents of Giles Hubbard January 26, 1817 in Marbletown, Ulster Co., NY.

Quartus Hubbard and Elizabeth "Betsy" Davis had the following children:
