He married Molly Aronow February 19, 1939 in Detroit, MI. Molly was born December 20, 1914 in Brooklyn, NY. Molly was the daughter of Solomon Aronow and Rebecca Granet. Molly died May 21, 1980 in Jackson, MI, at age 65. When Molly was age 25 and George Aronoff was age 33 they became the parents of Allen Warren Aronoff May 27, 1940 in Highland Park, MI. When Molly was age 27 and George Aronoff was age 35 they became the parents of Rhoda Beth Aronoff July 22, 1942 in Highland Park, MI. When Molly was age 32 and George Aronoff was age 40 they became the parents of Melvin Andrew Aronoff June 20, 1947 in Highland Park, MI.

When George was age 40 and Molly Aronow was age 32 they became the parents of Melvin Andrew Aronoff June 20, 1947 in Highland Park, MI.

George Aronoff and Molly Aronow had the following children:
