He married twice. He married Sarah Rosner 1903. Sarah was born 1890 in Muncatch, Austria-Hungary. Sarah was the daughter of Ben-Tzion Rosner and Rivka. Sarah died 1932 in Fort Worth, TX, at age 42. Sarah immigrated to Galveston, TX February 22, 1901. When Sarah was age 13 and Oscar Rubin was age 26 they became the parents of Bennie Rubin March 11, 1904 in Houston, TX. When Sarah was age 20 and Oscar Rubin was age 32 they became the parents of Harry Rubin September 28, 1910 in Fort Worth, TX. He married Ida Sandler date unknown. Ida was born date unknown. Ida was the daughter of Sandler. When Ida was age unknown and Oscar Rubin was age 40 they became the parents of Annie "Ann" Rubin March 27, 1918 in Fort Worth, TX. When Ida was age unknown and Oscar Rubin was age 43 they became the parents of Alvin Rubin August 18, 1921 in Fort Worth, TX. When Ida was age unknown and Oscar Rubin was age 51 they became the parents of Norman Rubin April 29, 1929 in Fort Worth, TX.

She married Marvin Schuster June 29, 1941. Marvin was born July 24, 1921 in Fort Worth, TX. Marvin was the son of Ben Schuster and Sara Motley. Marvin died July 17, 2008 in Fort Worth, TX, at age 86. His body was interred July 20, 2008 in Fort Worth, TX, Ahavath Sholom Cemetery. When Marvin was age 21 and Annie "Ann" Rubin was age 24 they became the parents of Allen Schuster January 20, 1943 in Fort Worth, TX. When Marvin was age 25 and Annie "Ann" Rubin was age 29 they became the parents of Stuart Schuster May 14, 1947 in Fort Worth, TX. When Marvin was age 31 and Annie "Ann" Rubin was age 35 they became the parents of Mark Schuster June 5, 1953 in Fort Worth, TX. (See Marvin Schuster for the continuation of this line.)

When Annie was age 24 and Marvin Schuster was age 21 they became the parents of Allen Schuster January 20, 1943 in Fort Worth, TX. When Annie was age 29 and Marvin Schuster was age 25 they became the parents of Stuart Schuster May 14, 1947 in Fort Worth, TX. When Annie was age 35 and Marvin Schuster was age 31 they became the parents of Mark Schuster June 5, 1953 in Fort Worth, TX.

13 iv. Alvin Rubin was born in Fort Worth, TX August 18, 1921. Alvin died March 25, 1944 in Dakar, French West Africa, at age 22. Alvin was encouraged to attent A&M with Manny Rosenthal. After one semester, he joined the Army Air Corps and completed pilot training during WWII. He was ferrying a B-24 to Africa and died in a crash on take-off from Dakar, French West Africa in 1944.
