2. Philip² Breuer (Herman¹) was born in Milwaukee, WI January 1, 1896. Philip died June 9, 1956 at age 60.

He married Hazel Tarloff about 1920. Hazel was born June 1, 1896 in Russia. Hazel was the daughter of Nathan Tarloffsky and Mollie (Goldstein) Shaw. Hazel died September 12, 1991 at age 95. Hazel immigrated to destination unknown date unknown. When Hazel was age 27 and Philip Breuer was age 27 they became the parents of Emily Breuer June 11, 1923. When Hazel was age 28 and Philip Breuer was age 29 they became the parents of Richard Breuer May 28, 1925. When Hazel was age 34 and Philip Breuer was age 34 they became the parents of Morris Tobias "Toby" Breuer August 29, 1930.

When Philip was age 27 and Hazel Tarloff was age 27 they became the parents of Emily Breuer June 11, 1923. When Philip was age 29 and Hazel Tarloff was age 28 they became the parents of Richard Breuer May 28, 1925. When Philip was age 34 and Hazel Tarloff was age 34 they became the parents of Morris Tobias "Toby" Breuer August 29, 1930.

Philip Breuer and Hazel Tarloff had the following children:

3 i. Emily³ Breuer was born June 11, 1923. Emily died January 13, 1975 at age 51. She married Eli Cutler date unknown. Eli was born February 14, 1926 in Detroit, MI. Eli died March 15, 2008 in Farmington Hills, MI, at age 82. When Eli was age 30 and Emily Breuer was age 33 they became the parents of Phyllis B. Cutler August 21, 1956. When Eli was age 32 and Emily Breuer was age 35 they became the parents of Marie C. Cutler February 7, 1959. When Eli was age 35 and Emily Breuer was age 38 they became the parents of Nina L. When Emily was age 33 and Eli Cutler was age 30 they became the parents of Phyllis B. Cutler August 21, 1956. When Emily was age 35 and Eli Cutler was age 32 they became the parents of Marie C. Cutler February 7, 1959. When Emily was age 38 and Eli Cutler was age 35 they became the parents of Nina L. Cutler January 29, 1962.
