1. Christopher1 Christophers was born in Torbay, Devonshire, England 1631. Christopher died July 23, 1687 in New London, CT, at age 56.

He married Mary Berry August 16, 1654 in New London, CT. Mary was born 1621. Mary died July 13, 1676 in New London, CT, at age 55. When Mary was age unknown and Christopher Christophers was age unknown they became the parents of John Christophers abt 1650. When Mary was age 36 and Christopher Christophers was age 26 they became the parents of Mary Christophers 1657 in England. When Mary was age 41 and Christopher Christophers was age 31 they became the parents of Richard Christophers July 13, 1662 in Cherston Ferrers, Devonshire, England.

When Christopher was age unknown and Mary Berry was age unknown they became the parents of John Christophers abt 1650. When Christopher was age 26 and Mary Berry was age 36 they became the parents of Mary Christophers 1657 in England. When Christopher was age 31 and Mary Berry was age 41 they became the parents of Richard Christophers July 13, 1662 in Cherston Ferrers, Devonshire, England.

Christopher Christophers and Mary Berry had the following children:

child 2 i. John2 Christophers was born abt 1650. John died February 13, 1702 in Barbadoes, at age 51. He married Elizabeth Mulford July 28, 1696.

child 3 ii. Mary Christophers was born in England 1657. Mary died July 4, 1724 at age 67. She married three times. She married Peter Bradley May 9, 1678 in New London, CT. She married Thomas Youngs about 1693. She married Nathaniel Lynde after 1714. Nathaniel was born November 22, 1659. Nathaniel died October 5, 1729 at age 69. His body was interred in Old Saybrook, CT. When Nathaniel was age unknown and Susanna Willoughby was age unknown they became the parents of Elizabeth Lynde date unknown. When Nathaniel was age 24 and Susanna Willoughby was age 20 they became the parents of Samuel Lynde October 6, 1684. When Nathaniel was age 40 and Susanna Willoughby was age 35 they became the parents of Susanna Lynde April 11, 1700. I noticed that you didn't have much info on Nathaniel Lynde. He is one of my ancestors too and I thought you might like some info him.

Nathaniel Lynde was born Nov 22nd 1659 and died Oct 5th 1729 and is buried in Old Saybrook, CT. He married Susanna Willoughby (b ca 1664 d July 22nd 1704 age 45) ca 1683? married second Mary Christophers aft 1714(see http://members.aol.com/jbahur/joan.html Generation 11) Nathaniel Lynde was the donor of the orginal house and land to Yale (then called Collegiate College) in 1701 and was its first treasurer. Nathaniel and Susanna had a least 4 children: Elizabeth, Susanna( who died at 4 1/2 months) another Susanna (my 8great grandmother, Apr 11 1700 to 1748), and a son, a judge, Samuel Lynde (Oct 6th 1684 to Sept 19 1754). He married Lucretia Bradley January 26, 1680 in New London, CT. He married Grace Turner September 3, 1691 in New London, CT. Grace was born August 2, 1668 in Scituate, MA. Grace died June 1, 1734 in New London, CT, at age 65.
