2. John Clinton² Welliver (George W.¹) was born in Fayette Co, OH January 6, 1858. John died December 19, 1943 in El Dorado Springs, Cedar Co, MO, at age 85.

He married Martha Jane "Janie" Cluck December 6, 1888 in Altona, MO. Martha was born September 14, 1865 in Holden, Johnson Co, MO. Martha was the daughter of Jacob Brezeal Cluck and Sarah Elizabeth Bradshaw. Martha died June 7, 1958 in Nevada, Vernon Co, MO, at age 92. When Martha was age 24 and John Clinton Welliver was age 31 they became the parents of Clyde Estol Welliver November 6, 1889 in RFD, Altona, MO. When Martha was age 26 and John Clinton Welliver was age 34 they became the parents of Carl Winfield Welliver June 11, 1892 in Rockville, Bates County, MO. When Martha was age 28 and John Clinton Welliver was age 36 they became the parents of Fred Welliver July 16, 1894 in Rockville, Bates County, MO. When Martha was age 32 and John Clinton Welliver was age 39 they became the parents of Nellie Gladys Welliver September 16, 1897 in Rockville, Bates County, MO. When Martha was age 38 and John Clinton Welliver was age 45 they became the parents of Audrey Bessie Welliver October 30, 1903 in Appleton City, St. Clair Co, MO.

When John was age 31 and Martha Jane "Janie" Cluck was age 24 they became the parents of Clyde Estol Welliver November 6, 1889 in RFD, Altona, MO. When John was age 34 and Martha Jane "Janie" Cluck was age 26 they became the parents of Carl Winfield Welliver June 11, 1892 in Rockville, Bates County, MO. When John was age 36 and Martha Jane "Janie" Cluck was age 28 they became the parents of Fred Welliver July 16, 1894 in Rockville, Bates County, MO. When John was age 39 and Martha Jane "Janie" Cluck was age 32 they became the parents of Nellie Gladys Welliver September 16, 1897 in Rockville, Bates County, MO. When John was age 45 and Martha Jane "Janie" Cluck was age 38 they became the parents of Audrey Bessie Welliver October 30, 1903 in Appleton City, St. Clair Co, MO.

John Clinton Welliver and Martha Jane "Janie" Cluck had the following children:

4 ii. Carl Winfield Welliver was born in Rockville, Bates County, MO June 11, 1892.

5 iii. Fred Welliver was born in Rockville, Bates County, MO July 16, 1894. Fred died June 24, 1895 in Butler, MO, at age unknown.

6 iv. Nellie Gladys Welliver was born in Rockville, Bates County, MO September 16, 1897. Nellie died June 11, 1965 in El Dorado Springs, Cedar County, MO, at age 67. She married Clarence Calvin Fleming date unknown. Clarence was born May 9, 1892 in Nevada, Vernon County, MO. Clarence died May 23, 1967 at age 75.

7 v. Audrey Bessie Welliver was born in Appleton City, St. Clair Co, MO October 30, 1903. Audrey died June 16, 1994 in Nowata, Nowata Co, OK, at age 90. Her body was interred June 20, 1994 in Nowata, Nowata Co, OK. She married Dewitt "Dude" Talmage Kennedy March 11, 1928 in Butler, Bates Co, MO. Dewitt was born October 11, 1893 in Coffeyville, Montgomery Co, KS. Dewitt was the son of Richard Yates Kennedy and Axaphia Brown Wink. Dewitt died October 4, 1971 in Nowata, Nowata Co, OK, at age 77. His body was interred October 7, 1971 in Nowata, Nowata Co, OK, Memorial Park Cemetery. When Dewitt was age 35 and Audrey Bessie Welliver was age 25 they became the parents of Carol Jeane Kennedy June 7, 1929 in Nowata, Nowata Co, OK. When Dewitt was age 37 and Audrey Bessie Welliver was age 27 they became the parents of Jayne Ruth Kennedy August 17, 1931 in Nowata, Nowata Co, OK. When Audrey was age 25 and Dewitt "Dude" Talmage Kennedy was age 35 they became the parents of Carol Jeane Kennedy June 7, 1929 in Nowata, Nowata Co, OK. When Audrey was age 27 and Dewitt "Dude" Talmage Kennedy was age 37 they became the parents of Jayne Ruth Kennedy August 17, 1931 in Nowata, Nowata Co, OK.
