He married twice. He married Maria Teunis date unknown. When Maria was age unknown and Peek DeWitt was age 46 they became the parents of Christina DeWitt May 23, 1725 in Rhinebeck, NY. When Maria was age unknown and Peek DeWitt was age 51 they became the parents of Anna Maria DeWitt April 30, 1730. He married Marytje Vandenberg January 2, 1698 in New York, Manhattan, NY. Marytje was born 1680 in Albany, NY. Marytje was the daughter of John (Jan) Vandenberg. Marytje died about 1722 at age unknown. When Marytje was age 18 and Peek DeWitt was age 20 they became the parents of Marytjen DeWitt November 13, 1698 in New York, Manhattan, NY. When Marytje was age 19 and Peek DeWitt was age 21 they became the parents of Tjerck DeWitt February 11, 1700. When Marytje was age 23 and Peek DeWitt was age 25 they became the parents of Tjerck DeWitt September 12, 1703 in Rhinebeck, NY. When Marytje was age 28 and Peek DeWitt was age 30 they became the parents of Johannes DeWitt February 18, 1709 in Rhinebeck, NY. When Marytje was age 30 and Peek DeWitt was age 32 they became the parents of Catrina DeWitt June 17, 1711 in Rhinebeck, NY. When Hugo was age 27 and Marytjen DeWitt was age 23 they became the parents of Marytjen Freer April 22, 1722 in Kingston, NY. When Hugo was age 29 and Marytjen DeWitt was age 25 they became the parents of Abraham Freer December 1, 1723 in Kingston, NY. When Hugo was age 30 and Marytjen DeWitt was age 26 they became the parents of Agjen Freer April 11, 1725 in Kingston, NY. When Hugo was age 32 and Marytjen DeWitt was age 28 they became the parents of Catrina Freer January 15, 1727 in Kingston, NY. When Hugo was age 33 and Marytjen DeWitt was age 29 they became the parents of Rebekka Freer January 5, 1728 in Kingston, NY. When Hugo was age 38 and Marytjen DeWitt was age 34 they became the parents of Johannes Freer April 8, 1733 in Kingston, NY. When Hugo was age 43 and Marytjen DeWitt was age 39 they became the parents of Neeltje Freer November 13, 1737 in Kingston, NY. When Hugo was age 45 and Marytjen DeWitt was age 41 they became the parents of Petrus Freer November 18, 1739 in Kingston, NY. When Hugo was age 45 and Marytjen DeWitt was age 41 they became the parents of Jennetjen Freer 1740. When Hugo was age 48 and Marytjen DeWitt was age 44 they became the parents of Lydia Freer July 3, 1743 in Rhinebeck, NY.
