He married twice. He married Judith Zohar March 2, 1969 in Tel Aviv, Israel. When Judith was age unknown and Morton "Morty" Melvin Attis was age 29 they became the parents of Jake Dan Attis August 25, 1971 in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada. When Judith was age unknown and Morton "Morty" Melvin Attis was age 31 they became the parents of Marc Andrew Attis July 3, 1974 in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada. When Judith was age unknown and Morton "Morty" Melvin Attis was age 35 they became the parents of Simcha Shawn Attis June 18, 1978 in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada.

When Morton was age 29 and Judith Zohar was age unknown they became the parents of Jake Dan Attis August 25, 1971 in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada. When Morton was age 31 and Judith Zohar was age unknown they became the parents of Marc Andrew Attis July 3, 1974 in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada.
