5. Isaac⁵ Pierce (Nathan⁴, Mial³, Ephraim², Ephraim¹) was born in Rebohoth, Plymouth County, MA September 22, 1763. Isaac died November 26, 1849 in Rebohoth, Plymouth County, MA, at age 86.

He married Anna Fitch October 7, 1782 in Rebohoth, Plymouth County, MA. Anna was born March 1, 1763. Anna was the daughter of Amos Fitch. Anna died November 15, 1809 in Rebohoth, Plymouth County, MA, at age 46. When Anna was age 34 and Isaac Pierce was age 33 they became the parents of Levi Pierce June 8, 1797 in Rehoboth, Plymouth County, MA.

When Isaac was age 33 and Anna Fitch was age 34 they became the parents of Levi Pierce June 8, 1797 in Rehoboth, Plymouth County, MA.

Isaac Pierce and Anna Fitch had the following child:
