6. Samuel Prescott⁶ Bush (James Smith⁵, Obadiah Newcomb⁴, Timothy³, Timothy², Richard¹) was born in Brick Church, NJ October 4, 1863. Samuel died February 8, 1948 in Columbus, Franklin County, OH, at age 84.

He married Flora Sheldon June 20, 1894 in Columbus, Franklin County, OH. Flora was born March 17, 1872 in Franklin County, OH. Flora was the daughter of Robert Emmet Sheldon and Mary Elizabeth Butler. Flora died September 4, 1920 in Watch Hill, RI, at age 48. When Flora was age 23 and Samuel Prescott Bush was age 31 they became the parents of Prescott Sheldon Bush May 15, 1895 in Columbus, Franklin County, OH. When Flora was age 30 and Samuel Prescott Bush was age 38 they became the parents of James Bush 1902 in Wisconsin.

When Samuel was age 31 and Flora Sheldon was age 23 they became the parents of Prescott Sheldon Bush May 15, 1895 in Columbus, Franklin County, OH. When Samuel was age 38 and Flora Sheldon was age 30 they became the parents of James Bush 1902 in Wisconsin.

Samuel Prescott Bush and Flora Sheldon had the following children:

+ 7 i. Prescott Sheldon⁷ Bush was born May 15, 1895.

8 ii. James Bush (still alive).
