4. Jonathan⁴ Fay (Jonathan³, John², John¹) was born in Westboro, MA January 21, 1751/52. Jonathan died June 1, 1811 in Concord, MA, at age 59.

He married Lucy Prescott December 6, 1776 in Concord, MA. Lucy was born April 24, 1757 in Concord, MA. Lucy was the daughter of Abel Prescott and Abigail Brigham. Lucy died October 10, 1792 in Concord, MA, at age 35. When Lucy was age 20 and Jonathan Fay was age 25 they became the parents of Samuel Prescott Phillips Fay January 10, 1778 in Concord, MA.

When Jonathan was age 25 and Lucy Prescott was age 20 they became the parents of Samuel Prescott Phillips Fay January 10, 1778 in Concord, MA.

Jonathan Fay and Lucy Prescott had the following child:
