13. Nathan³ Jacobs (Isaac Karesh², Jacob¹ Karesh) was born in Nashville, TN August 9, 1865. Nathan died March 14, 1949 in Margate, NJ, at age 83. His body was interred March 15, 1949 in Brooklyn, NY, Washington Cemetery.

He married Esther Mollie Jacobson December 21, 1890 in New York, NY. Esther was born about 1870 in Zakroczym, Poland. Esther was the daughter of Isaac Miara Jacobson and Leah Pryschiarri. Esther died December 2, 1919 in New York, NY, at age 49. Her body was interred in Brooklyn, NY, Washington Cemetery. When Esther was age 26 and Nathan Jacobs was age 31 they became the parents of Elihu Arthur Samuel Jacobs September 5, 1896 in New York, NY. When Esther was age 31 and Nathan Jacobs was age 36 they became the parents of Lillian Ruth Jacobs February 8, 1902 in New York, NY. When Esther was age 35 and Nathan Jacobs was age 40 they became the parents of Irving I. Jacobs January 13, 1906 in Lakewood, NJ.

When Nathan was age 31 and Esther Mollie Jacobson was age 26 they became the parents of Elihu Arthur Samuel Jacobs September 5, 1896 in New York, NY. When Nathan was age 36 and Esther Mollie Jacobson was age 31 they became the parents of Lillian Ruth Jacobs February 8, 1902 in New York, NY. When Nathan was age 40 and Esther Mollie Jacobson was age 35 they became the parents of Irving I. Jacobs January 13, 1906 in Lakewood, NJ.

18 i. Elihu Arthur Samuel⁴ Jacobs was born in New York, NY September 5, 1896. Elihu died about October 1956 in Atlantic City, NJ, at age 60. His body was interred in Atlantic City, NJ, Rodef Shalem Cemetery. He married Christine date unknown. Christine died February 1984 in Atlantic City, NJ, at age unknown.

19 ii. Lillian Ruth Jacobs was born in New York, NY February 8, 1902. Lillian died April 30, 1972 in Brooklyn, NY, at age 70. Her body was interred May 1, 1972 in Cypress Hills, NY, Shearith Israel Cemetery. She married Bernard Samuel Illoway December 25, 1937 in West Hempstead, NY. Bernard was born October 22, 1899 in New York, NY. Bernard was the son of Jacob Lieb Illoway and Gertrude Kahn. Bernard died November 24, 1975 in Queens, NY, at age 76. His body was interred November 26, 1975 in Cypress Hills, NY, Shearith Israel Cemetery. When Bernard was age 40 and Lillian Ruth Jacobs was age 38 they became the parents of Kathryn Mollie Illoway February 8, 1940 in New York, NY.
