He married Thea Spier date unknown in Germany. Thea was born November 10, 1898 in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Thea was the daughter of Simon Spier and Bertha Kaufman. When Thea was age 24 and Ludwig Bamberger was age 30 they became the parents of Anne Margarethe Bamberger August 26, 1923. When Thea was age 28 and Ludwig Bamberger was age 34 they became the parents of Eva Bamberger June 23, 1927.

When Ludwig was age 30 and Thea Spier was age 24 they became the parents of Anne Margarethe Bamberger August 26, 1923. When Ludwig was age 34 and Thea Spier was age 28 they became the parents of Eva Bamberger June 23, 1927.

Ludwig Bamberger and Thea Spier had the following children:
