3. Hiram Corinth "Rent"³ Hughes (Hiram², George S.¹) was born in Indiana May 15, 1865. Hiram died 1933 in Indianapolis, IN, at age 68. His body was interred in Pike County, IN, Williams Cemetery.

He married twice. He married Etta Bell Baxter circa 1885 in Gibson County, IN. Etta was the daughter of Newton Baxter. When Etta was age unknown and Hiram Corinth "Rent" Hughes was age 20 they became the parents of Laura Bell Hughes 1885. Etta was divorced from Hiram Corinth "Rent" Hughes 1888. He married Martha Abigail Beard 1895 in Pike County, IN. Martha was born June 27, 1879 in Pike County, IN. Martha died 1967 in Indianapolis, IN, at age 88. Her body was interred in Indianapolis, IN, Floral Park Cemetery.

When Hiram was age 20 and Etta Bell Baxter was age unknown they became the parents of Laura Bell Hughes 1885. Hiram was divorced from Etta Bell Baxter 1888.
