When Philip was age 34 and Rachel Mirviss was age 27 they became the parents of Herman Seltz September 18, 1911. When Philip was age 36 and Rachel Mirviss was age 29 they became the parents of Frances Faise Seltz September 26, 1913 in West Palm Beach, FL.
