3. Marvin³ Pierce (Scott², Jonas James¹) was born in Sharpsville, PA June 17, 1893. Marvin died July 17, 1969 in prob Rye, NY, at age 76.

He married Pauline Robinson August 1918. Pauline was born 1896. Pauline was the daughter of James Edgar Robinson and Lula Dell Flickinger. Pauline died September 23, 1949 in Rye, NY, at age 53. When Pauline was age 28 and Marvin Pierce was age 31 they became the parents of Barbara Pierce June 8, 1925 in Rye, NY.
