He married Mabel Marvin November 26, 1891. Mabel was born June 4, 1869 in Cincinnati, Hamilton County, OH. Mabel was the daughter of Jerome Place Marvin and Martha Ann Stokes. When Mabel was age 24 and Scott Pierce was age 27 they became the parents of Marvin Pierce June 17, 1893 in Sharpsville, PA.
