1. Walter Wilber¹ Taylor was born in Lima, Allen County, OH June 29, 1881. Walter died before June 19, 1939 at age 57.

He married Iva Gertrude Leffler December 12, 1906 in Lima, Allen County, OH. Iva was born August 19, 1890 in Auglaize Township, Allen County, OH. Iva was the daughter of John William Leffler and Delilah Ann Snider. Iva died July 6, 1942 in Lima, Allen County, OH, at age 51. When Iva was age 24 and Walter Wilber Taylor was age 33 they became the parents of Mellie "Jo" Josephine Taylor January 26, 1915 in Lima, Allen County, OH.

When Walter was age 33 and Iva Gertrude Leffler was age 24 they became the parents of Mellie "Jo" Josephine Taylor January 26, 1915 in Lima, Allen County, OH.

Walter Wilber Taylor and Iva Gertrude Leffler had the following child:

2 i. Mellie "Jo" Josephine² Taylor was born in Lima, Allen County, OH January 26, 1915. Mellie died 1988 in Toledo, Lucas County, OH, at age 73. She married John Wesley Blackwell 1945 in Toledo, Lucas County, OH. John was born 1903 in Glenvar, Roanoke County, VA. John died 1958 in Columbus, Franklin County, OH, at age 55. When John was age 42 and Mellie "Jo" Josephine Taylor was age 30 they became the parents of Barbara Jo Blackwell 1945 in Toledo, Lucas County, OH.
