Isaac was born December 25, 1844 in Trzcianne, Poland. Isaac was the son of Tanchum "Thomas" Pearlstine and Jeanette Karesh. Isaac died January 29, 1911 in Charleston, SC, at age 66. Isaac immigrated to destination unknown 1854. He resided street unknown, in Charleston, SC August 1854. When Isaac was age 22 and Mary Hyams was age 19 they became the parents of Sheppard "Shep" Pearlstine June 23, 1867 in Forsyth, GA. When Isaac was age 25 and Mary Hyams was age 21 they became the parents of Hyman Pearlstine March 19, 1870 in Forsythe, GA. When Isaac was age 27 and Mary Hyams was age 24 they became the parents of Abraham Joseph Pearlstine 1872. When Isaac was age 30 and Sally "Sara" Hyams was age 25 they became the parents of Flora S. Pearlstine May 2, 1875 in South Carolina. When Isaac was age 37 and Rebecca Brilles was age 22 they became the parents of Deborah Pearlstine October 17, 1882 in South Carolina. When Isaac was age 39 and Rebecca Brilles was age 23 they became the parents of Rose Brilles Pearlstine April 14, 1884 in Charleston, SC. When Isaac was age 41 and Rebecca Brilles was age 26 they became the parents of Thomas Brilles Pearlstine 1886 in South Carolina. When Isaac was age 43 and Rebecca Brilles was age 28 they became the parents of Charles Louis Pearlstine 1888 in Charleston, SC. When Isaac was age 44 and Rebecca Brilles was age 29 they became the parents of Henrietta Dora "Etta" Pearlstine 1889. When Isaac was age unknown and Rebecca Brilles was age unknown they became the parents of Carl Brilles Pearlstone about 1892 in Charleston, SC.
