1. David¹ Kohn was born in New York, NY November 10, 1900. David died December 28, 1968 in Washington, DC, at age 68.

He married Janet Rose Pearlstine date unknown. Janet was born May 24, 1898 in St. Matthews, Calhoun County, SC. Janet was the daughter of Sheppard "Shep" Pearlstine and Sara Pearlstine. Janet died February 22, 1988 in Bethesda, MD, at age 89. When Janet was age 30 and David Kohn was age 27 they became the parents of Marilyn Kohn September 4, 1928 in Charleston, SC.
