2 i. Mary² Hinksman was born in Sciuate, MA 1688. Mary died 1748 in Lebanon, CT, at age 60. She married Richard English February 17, 1711. Richard was born June 6, 1690 in Essex, England. Richard was the son of David English and Elizabeth Arnold. Richard died 1748 in Lebanon, CT, at age 58. Richard immigrated to Newport, RI May 1710. When Richard was age 28 and Mary Hinksman was age 30 they became the parents of John Hinksman English 1718 in Lebanon, CT. (See Richard English for the continuation of this line.)
