6. Philip² Seltz (Velvul¹ Selski) was born 1877. Philip died 1957 at age 80.

He married Rachel Mirviss date unknown. Rachel was born 1884. Rachel was the daughter of "Louis" Yehuda Leib Mirviss and Neche (Anna). Rachel died 1954 at age 70. When Rachel was age 24 and Philip Seltz was age 31 they became the parents of Joseph Seltz January 10, 1909. When Rachel was age 27 and Philip Seltz was age 34 they became the parents of Herman Seltz September 18, 1911. When Rachel was age 29 and Philip Seltz was age 36 they became the parents of Frances Faise Seltz September 26, 1913 in West Palm Beach, FL. When Rachel was age 33 and Philip Seltz was age 40 they became the parents of William Seltz August 13, 1917.

He petitioned the court to become a citizen June 28, 1898 in Chicago, Cook Co, IL. When Philip was age 31 and Rachel Mirviss was age 24 they became the parents of Joseph Seltz January 10, 1909. When Philip was age 34 and Rachel Mirviss was age 27 they became the parents of Herman Seltz September 18, 1911. When Philip was age 36 and Rachel Mirviss was age 29 they became the parents of Frances Faise Seltz September 26, 1913 in West Palm Beach, FL. When Philip was age 40 and Rachel Mirviss was age 33 they became the parents of William Seltz August 13, 1917.

Philip Seltz and Rachel Mirviss had the following children:

10 iii. Frances Faise Seltz was born in West Palm Beach, FL September 26, 1913. Frances died January 13, 2008 in Boston, Suffolk County, MA, at age 94. She married Arthur Goldin date unknown. Arthur died 1989 at age unknown. When Arthur was age unknown and Frances Faise Seltz was age 25 they became the parents of Nan Goldin April 24, 1939. When Arthur was age unknown and Frances Faise Seltz was age unknown they became the parents of Stevan Goldin circa 1940. When Arthur was age unknown and Frances Faise Seltz was age unknown they became the parents of David Goldin circa 1941. (See Arthur Goldin for the continuation of this line.)

When Frances was age 25 and Arthur Goldin was age unknown they became the parents of Nan Goldin April 24, 1939. When Frances was age unknown and Arthur Goldin was age unknown they became the parents of Stevan Goldin circa 1940.
