3. Howard "Bud" Palmer² Yessne (Herman¹) was born in Duluth, MN August 18, 1913. Howard died January 16, 1990 in Greensboro, VT, at age 76.

He married Evelyn Blanche Mirviss March 12, 1937 in Minneapolis, MN. Evelyn was born June 23, 1917 in New York, NY. Evelyn was the daughter of Jacob (Yakov) Mirviss and Jean Rosenbloom. Evelyn died May 15, 1969 in St. Paul, MN, at age 51. When Evelyn was age 25 and Howard "Bud" Palmer Yessne was age 29 they became the parents of Peter Yessne October 11, 1942 in St. Paul, MN. When Evelyn was age 28 and Howard "Bud" Palmer Yessne was age 32 they became the parents of Dinah Yessne November 8, 1945 in St. Paul, MN.

When Howard was age 29 and Evelyn Blanche Mirviss was age 25 they became the parents of Peter Yessne October 11, 1942 in St. Paul, MN. When Howard was age 32 and Evelyn Blanche Mirviss was age 28 they became the parents of Dinah Yessne November 8, 1945 in St. Paul, MN. Born in Duluth MN. Son of Susan Shapiro and Herman Yessne, of Baisogala, Lithuania. Completed Production Engineering at Univ. of Minnesota. Left before graduating during Depression to help his father in garment business. Garment manufacturer. Died in Greensboro, VT.

Howard "Bud" Palmer Yessne and Evelyn Blanche Mirviss had the following children:
