3. Jerome "Jerry"² Kaplan (Barnet¹) was born in Mansfield, OH November 22, 1922. Jerome died December 20, 2009 in Mansfield, OH, at age 87. His body was interred in Minneapolis, MN, Fort Snelling.

When Jerome was age 31 and June Stephan was age 32 they became the parents of Stephanie Barnet Kaplan September 27, 1954 in Pine Knoll Shores, NC. When Jerome was age 33 and June Stephan was age 33 they became the parents of Tamis Shawn Kaplan February 21, 1956 in Ithaca, NY. When Jerome was age 35 and June Stephan was age 35 they became the parents of Kimberly Lisa Kaplan December 26, 1957 in Cary, NC. When Jerome was age 39 and June Stephan was age 39 they became the parents of Becky St. Clair Kaplan April 13, 1962 in Ashland, OH. Gerontologist, internationally recognized. On 17 Dec 2002, received the 2002 Dr. Arnold L. Heller Memorial Award at the annual meeting of the Menorah Park Center for Senior Living, 27100 Cedar Road, Beechwood, OH.

Jerome "Jerry" Kaplan and June Stephan had the following children:

6 iii. Kimberly Lisa Kaplan (still alive).

7 iv. Becky St. Clair Kaplan (still alive).
