11. William³ Seltz (Philip², Velvul¹ Selski) was born August 13, 1917. William died February 2, 2008 at age 90.

When William was age 34 and Ruth Sher was age 27 they became the parents of Lewis Seltz September 3, 1951. When William was age 37 and Ruth Sher was age 31 they became the parents of Steven Seltz September 21, 1954.

William Seltz and Ruth Sher had the following children:

+ 20 i. Lewis⁴ Seltz (still alive).

+ 21 ii. Steven Seltz (still alive).
