He married Sadie Lee Jacobs date unknown. Sadie was born September 5, 1913. Sadie was the daughter of Louis Jacobs and Esther "Ethel" Pearlstine. Sadie died about 1980 at age unknown. When Sadie was age 28 and Louis Odrezin was age 37 they became the parents of Theodore Odrezin March 22, 1942 in Georgia.

5 iv. Theodore Odrezin was born in Georgia March 22, 1942. Theodore died March 1985 in Atlanta, Fulton County, GA, at age 42.
