3. Henry² Bergman (David H.¹) was born in Brooklyn, NY October 3, 1913. Henry died 2001 in Bethesda, MD, at age 87.

He married Mary October 15, 1937 in Brooklyn, NY. When Mary was age unknown and Henry Bergman was age 34 they became the parents of Ellen Bergman November 1, 1947.

When Henry was age 34 and Mary was age unknown they became the parents of Ellen Bergman November 1, 1947. Consumer advocate in the area of health care, first within the veterans' administration, and ultimately as part of the "Public Citizen Health Research Group," for which he wrote a monthly column focusing on the "Outrage of the Month." While Henry wrote about outrages, he always focused on solutions. During the last 20 years of his life, Henry became a fine craft jewelry maker and designer as well. He particularly enjoyed working in silver and copper.
