He married twice. He married Minnie Phillips date unknown. When Minnie was age unknown and I. Earl Cooper was age 27 they became the parents of Bert Cooper June 1, 1927. He married Bessie Greenberg date unknown. Bessie was born November 8, 1903 in Brooklyn, CA. Bessie died December 13, 2002 in Los Angeles, CA, at age 99.
