45 iv. Frances Cecile Weinberg was born in Paxville, SC June 27, 1913. Frances died May 19, 1989 in Charleston, SC, at age 75. She married Basil Lee Going date unknown. Basil was born September 9, 1909 in Elloree, SC. Basil died September 30, 1980 in Charleston, SC, at age 71.
