1. Basil Lee¹ Going was born in Elloree, SC September 9, 1909. Basil died September 30, 1980 in Charleston, SC, at age 71.

He married Frances Cecile Weinberg date unknown. Frances was born June 27, 1913 in Paxville, SC. Frances was the daughter of Louis Weinberg and Susan Luticia "Lou" Bradham. Frances died May 19, 1989 in Charleston, SC, at age 75. When Frances was age 16 and Basil Lee Going was age 19 they became the parents of Frances Geraldine Going August 1929.

When Basil was age 19 and Frances Cecile Weinberg was age 16 they became the parents of Frances Geraldine Going August 1929.

Basil Lee Going and Frances Cecile Weinberg had the following children:
