13. Theodore⁴ Torchin (Jacob³, Isaac², Gershon¹) was born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada August 10, 1937. Theodore died February 5, 1999 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, at age 61. His body was interred February 7, 1999 in Hollywood, FL, Beth David Cemetery.

When Theodore was age 26 and Shirley Burack was age 25 they became the parents of Reesa Ann Torchin September 24, 1963 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. When Theodore was age 28 and Shirley Burack was age 27 they became the parents of David Lawrence Torchin December 25, 1965 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. When Theodore was age 29 and Shirley Burack was age 28 they became the parents of Jacqueline Torchin December 31, 1966 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Theodore Torchin and Shirley Burack had the following children:

18 i. Reesa Ann⁵ Torchin (still alive).
