He married Corine Leanore Hirsch August 12, 1925 in Columbus, OH. Corine was born August 3, 1905 in Columbus, OH. Corine died February 10, 1989 in Potomac, MD, at age 83. When Corine was age 20 and Jess Phillip Forman was age 20 they became the parents of Lois Adele Forman March 5, 1926 in Columbus, OH.

When Jess was age 20 and Corine Leanore Hirsch was age 20 they became the parents of Lois Adele Forman March 5, 1926 in Columbus, OH.

Jess Phillip Forman and Corine Leanore Hirsch had the following child:

2 i. Lois Adele² Forman was born in Columbus, OH March 5, 1926. Lois died January 31, 1997 in Indianapolis, IN, at age 70. She married Edward Stein March 11, 1945 in Philadelphia, PA. Edward was born December 26, 1924 in Canton, OH. Edward was the son of Maurice Albert Stein and Ida Pearl Adelman. Edward died March 28, 1972 in Louisville, KY, at age 47.
