He married Miriam Rubin date unknown. Miriam was born April 1920 in Naugatuck, CT. Miriam was the daughter of Philip Rubin and Rose Mahler. Miriam died 2004 at age 84. When Miriam was age 28 and Jack Spitalny was age unknown they became the parents of Robin Spitalny 1948. When Miriam was age 31 and Jack Spitalny was age unknown they became the parents of Neil Spitalny 1951. When Miriam was age 31 and Jack Spitalny was age unknown they became the parents of Peter Spitalny 1951.

When Jack was age unknown and Miriam Rubin was age 28 they became the parents of Robin Spitalny 1948. When Jack was age unknown and Miriam Rubin was age 31 they became the parents of Neil Spitalny 1951. When Jack was age unknown and Miriam Rubin was age 31 they became the parents of Peter Spitalny 1951.

Jack Spitalny and Miriam Rubin had the following children:
