He married Albertine Harmon June 30, 1939 in Fremont, OH. Albertine was born September 23, 1912. When Albertine was age 28 and Leonard Boyd Christiansen was age 29 they became the parents of Boyd Harmon Christiansen September 17, 1941. When Albertine was age 32 and Leonard Boyd Christiansen was age 32 they became the parents of Marcia Lee Christiansen 1945. When Albertine was age 37 and Leonard Boyd Christiansen was age 37 they became the parents of Peggy Lou Christiansen 1950.

When Leonard was age 29 and Albertine Harmon was age 28 they became the parents of Boyd Harmon Christiansen September 17, 1941. When Leonard was age 32 and Albertine Harmon was age 32 they became the parents of Marcia Lee Christiansen 1945. When Leonard was age 37 and Albertine Harmon was age 37 they became the parents of Peggy Lou Christiansen 1950.

Leonard Boyd Christiansen and Albertine Harmon had the following children:
