He married Adelaide date unknown. Adelaide was born 1832. When Adelaide was age unknown and Casimir Desormier was age unknown they became the parents of Charles Desormier about 1854. When Adelaide was age unknown and Casimir Desormier was age unknown they became the parents of Philomene Desormier about 1859. When Adelaide was age unknown and Casimir Desormier was age unknown they became the parents of Joseph Desormier about 1860. When Adelaide was age 31 and Casimir Desormier was age 32 they became the parents of Amelia Desormier October 9, 1863. When Adelaide was age unknown and Casimir Desormier was age unknown they became the parents of Maria Desormier about 1873. When Adelaide was age unknown and Casimir Desormier was age unknown they became the parents of Ludger Desormier about 1875.

When Casimir was age unknown and Adelaide was age unknown they became the parents of Charles Desormier about 1854. 5 iv. Amelia Desormier was born October 9, 1863. Amelia died about 1931 in Lacolle, Quebec, Canada, at age unknown. She married Felix Guindon date unknown. Felix was born November 2, 1866. Felix died around 1945 in Lacolle, Quebec, Canada, at age 78. When Felix was age 22 and Amelia Desormier was age 25 they became the parents of Christiana Guindon May 28, 1889. When Felix was age 24 and Amelia Desormier was age 27 they became the parents of Joseph Guindon November 18, 1890. When Felix was age 25 and Amelia Desormier was age 28 they became the parents of Alfred Guindon March 22, 1892. When Felix was age 27 and Amelia Desormier was age 30 they became the parents of Marie Anne Guindon April 9, 1894. When Felix was age 30 and Amelia Desormier was age 33 they became the parents of Leon Guindon June 27, 1897. When Felix was age 32 and Amelia Desormier was age 35 they became the parents of Marie Louise Guindon March 12, 1899 in St. Bernard-Lacolle, Canada. When Felix was age 34 and Amelia Desormier was age 37 they became the parents of Roch Guindon December 19, 1900 in Quebec, Canada. (See Felix Guindon for the continuation of this line.)

When Amelia was age 30 and Felix Guindon was age 27 they became the parents of Marie Anne Guindon April 9, 1894. When Amelia was age 33 and Felix Guindon was age 30 they became the parents of Leon Guindon June 27, 1897. When Amelia was age 35 and Felix Guindon was age 32 they became the parents of Marie Louise Guindon March 12, 1899 in St. Bernard-Lacolle, Canada. When Amelia was age 37 and Felix Guindon was age 34 they became the parents of Roch Guindon December 19, 1900 in Quebec, Canada. Personal recollections of Germaine Boire Bond:

In 1901, another DesOrmier family lived close to the Guindons. Odilon Desormier b. Oct 18, 1850, his wife Exilda b. Jul 8 1864, son Joseph b. Sep 29 1892, daughter Marie-Anne b. Aug 22 1894, son Jean-Marie b. Sep 13 1895. Perhaps Odilon is Amelia's brother.

6 v. Maria Desormier was born about 1873.

7 vi. Ludger Desormier was born about 1875.
