1. Maximilian "Max"¹ Spiegel was born in New York, NY August 26, 1873. Maximilian died December 23, 1949 in New York, NY, at age 76.

He married Annette Mark date unknown. Annette was born August 15, 1893 in Buffallo, NY. Annette was the daughter of Mitchel Henry Mark and Estelle "Stella" Brock. Annette died June 25, 1972 in Buffalo, NY, at age 78. When Annette was age 22 and Maximilian "Max" Spiegel was age 42 they became the parents of Maxine Spiegel November 10, 1915 in New York, NY. When Annette was age 24 and Maximilian "Max" Spiegel was age 44 they became the parents of Mitchel David (Spiegel) Mark April 4, 1918 in New York, NY.

When Maximilian was age 42 and Annette Mark was age 22 they became the parents of Maxine Spiegel November 10, 1915 in New York, NY. When Maximilian was age 44 and Annette Mark was age 24 they became the parents of Mitchel David (Spiegel) Mark April 4, 1918 in New York, NY.

Maximilian "Max" Spiegel and Annette Mark had the following children:

2 i. Maxine² Spiegel was born in New York, NY November 10, 1915. Maxine died March 1, 2004 in Satellite Beach, Brevard, FL, at age 88. She married three times. She married James Simpson Letham date unknown. James was born 1909 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. James died 1956 at age 47. She married George R. Daly about 1936. George was born July 15, 1912 New Rochelle, NY. George died 1993 in Port Angeles, Callam, WA, at age 80. When George was age 24 and Maxine Spiegel was age 21 they became the parents of Brian Daly March 21, 1937 in New York, NY. George was divorced from Maxine Spiegel after 1937. (See George R. Daly for the continuation of this line.) She married Dunbar S. Reynolds June 12, 1954 in Mt. Kisco, NY. Dunbar was born August 23, 1911 New Rochelle, NY. Dunbar died April 17, 1991 in Florida, at age 79.

When Maxine was age 21 and George R. Daly was age 24 they became the parents of Brian Daly March 21, 1937 in New York, NY. Maxine was divorced from George R. Daly after 1937.
