When Harry was age 41 and Bess Radinsky was age 30 they became the parents of Lawrence Fine March 16, 1940 in St. Louis, St. Louis County, MO. When Harry was age 49 and Bess Radinsky was age 38 they became the parents of Phyllis Lee Fine June 12, 1948 in St. Louis, St. Louis County, MO.

Harry Michael Fine and Bess Radinsky had the following children:
