He married twice. He married Lidia Catharina Van Niekerk 1796 in Axel, Netherlands. When Lidia was age unknown and Pieter DuPree was age 24 they became the parents of Pieter Hendrik DuPree 1796 in Axel, Netherlands. He married Dina Stouthamer April 18, 1802 in Axel, Netherlands. Dina was born September 12, 1773 in Axel, Netherlands. Dina died December 3, 1809 in Axel, Netherlands, at age 36.

When Pieter was age 24 and Lidia Catharina Van Niekerk was age unknown they became the parents of Pieter Hendrik DuPree 1796 in Axel, Netherlands.

Pieter DuPree and Lidia Catharina Van Niekerk had the following child:
