He married Mina Levi Casper date unknown. Mina was born December 1, 1916 in Philadelphia, PA. Mina was the daughter of Simon Henry Casper and Zella Bayersdorfer. Mina died January 1, 2000 in Elkins Park, PA, at age 83. When Mina was age 26 and Philip Isaac Margolis Sr. was age 28 they became the parents of Philip Isaac Margolis Jr. November 14, 1943 in Philadelphia, PA. When Mina was age 29 and Philip Isaac Margolis Sr. was age 31 they became the parents of Carolyn Jane Margolis October 23, 1946 in Philadelphia, PA. When Mina was age 36 and Philip Isaac Margolis Sr. was age 37 they became the parents of Kate Cecelia Margolis May 16, 1953 in Philadelphia, PA.

When Philip was age 28 and Mina Levi Casper was age 26 they became the parents of Philip Isaac Margolis Jr. November 14, 1943 in Philadelphia, PA.
