When Walter was age unknown and Genevieve McHugh was age unknown they became the parents of Else Betty Kohlberg date unknown in El Paso, El Paso County, TX. When Walter was age 42 and Genevieve McHugh was age 41 they became the parents of Eleanor Frances Kohlberg April 18, 1928 in El Paso, El Paso County, TX.
