1. Malcolm¹ Nicholson was born in Kirkwell, Scotland March 18, 1890. Malcolm died January 31, 1967 in Buffalo, NY, at age 76.

He married Ida Mendelsohn September 5, 1914 in Buffalo, NY. Ida was born February 12, 1894 in New York, NY. Ida was the daughter of Barney M. Mendelsohn and Yetta "Henrietta" Perlstein. Ida died July 19, 1980 in Buffalo, NY, at age 86. When Ida was age 21 and Malcolm Nicholson was age 25 they became the parents of William Joseph Nicholson July 22, 1915 in Buffalo, NY. When Ida was age 24 and Malcolm Nicholson was age 28 they became the parents of Robert Arnold Nicholson April 29, 1918 in Buffalo, NY. When Ida was age 35 and Malcolm Nicholson was age 39 they became the parents of Erwin Nicholson July 28, 1929 in Buffalo, NY.

When Malcolm was age 25 and Ida Mendelsohn was age 21 they became the parents of William Joseph Nicholson July 22, 1915 in Buffalo, NY. When Malcolm was age 28 and Ida Mendelsohn was age 24 they became the parents of Robert Arnold Nicholson April 29, 1918 in Buffalo, NY. When Malcolm was age 39 and Ida Mendelsohn was age 35 they became the parents of Erwin Nicholson July 28, 1929 in Buffalo, NY.

Malcolm Nicholson and Ida Mendelsohn had the following children:

+ 2 i. William Joseph² Nicholson was born July 22, 1915.

+ 3 ii. Robert Arnold Nicholson was born April 29, 1918.

4 iii. Erwin Nicholson was born in Buffalo, NY July 28, 1929. Erwin died February 21, 2001 in Englewood, NJ, at age 71.
