He married Etta Perlstein September 16, 1911 in New York, NY. Etta was born January 10, 1889 in New York, NY. Etta was the daughter of Abraham Perlstein and Amelia Perlman. Etta died November 23, 1964 at age 75. When Etta was age 24 and Samuel Goldstein was age 22 they became the parents of Harvey Goldstein February 24, 1913 in New York, NY.
